Quarantine Bay is a well-loved recreational area just south of Eden, popular with locals and visitors alike. It’s recognised as a key investment location under the Transport for NSW Maritime Infrastructure Plan and has been identified as a priority for funding.
The site’s amenities are aging and do not meet modern accessibility standards. This project will deliver a significant upgrade to the area, improving access, safety and usability for a wide range of community groups.
The upgrade will include:
Replacement and relocation of existing amenities
Accessible pathways throughout the site
Improved access to the new fishing platform
Concrete repair works to surrounding infrastructure.
Benefits to the community include:
